１．For students : Preparation for taking online classes

In response to novel coronavirus infections, we have decided that all classes will, in principle, be broadcast online until we are able to conduct classes face to face on campus again.

We basically use the kibaco e-learning system and Zoom's teleconferencing system in tandem. Here we show what to do in preparation for taking online classes and course registration.

【Before class starts】

Looking into syllabus and register the courses you would like to by using the "self-registration" function

To be ready for the first class by self-study

(2-1) Looking into syllabus and planning your timetables

(2-2)register the courses in kibaco

For consideration on taking the courses, you need to register them by using "self-registration" function in kibaco.

【Note】

The "self-registration" in kibaco itself is not equal as the formal course registration. This is just for your consideration.

The formal course registration should be made in Campus Square within the paticular period. (Explained below.)

(3-1) Checking the newest web-syllabus of each course

The syllabus should be updated accordingly with the online class schedules.

If you don't find the URL to the Web syllabus, please find it by; logging in "Campus Square" *

*ID and Pasword for "Campus Square" is needed (It is not the same as the ID and Password for kibaco.)

②Select/Enter the Academic Year, Category ( please refer to the following)

③The syllabus can be found by other keywords. ( day and time of the class, etc.)

By clicking "検索開始" bottun after entering the keywords, the course list appears. By the same steps, you can also access the same information on the smartphones or tablets.
